If you plan to travel to two or more countries in the Schengen area, you must apply for a Schengen visa at the embassy/consulate of the country where you will reside for the most part of your stay, designated as the main destination.
The CEV represents several embassies/consulates with regard to Short Stay Visas ("Schengen Visa").
3 countries which are represented by the CEV in Kinshasa are not represented by the CEV in Lubumbashi. If your destination is Estonia, Hungary or the Slovak Republic, you have to apply in Kinshasa.
The following is a list of countries for which applications for short-stay visas may be submitted to the CEV.
In general, the 'short stay' conditions for the countries represented are similar to those of Belgium, except for the 'Proof of sponsorship model 3 bis', which is only valid for Belgium. To avoid any confusion, the specific document for the sponsorship and/or invitation per country is mentioned behind the name of the country in the list below.
