You may be asked (by means of a stamp in the passport or on the envelope containing the visa and the originals documents provided for your visa application) to present yourself at the end of your trip to check whether the visa granted has been respected.
If the return control is requested, the traveler must appear in person with his/her passport and a color copy of the relevant pages to the trip,
- In Kinshasa: Tuesday or Thursday between 11:30 and 13:00 at the Belgian Embassy on Boulevard du 30 juin (entrance via Avenue des Jacarandes)
- In Lubumbashi: Monday to Friday between 08:00 and 08:45 at the General Consulate.
If the trip was made as a family/group, you are requested to arrive together. Physical presence also applies to children.
